I love Soylent Complete Protein. Since I often don't have time to eat due to work, I was feeling really weak. I love the Soylent chocolate complete protein shake. It is such the perfect, compact size to bring on the go. I recently switched from working hybrid to being fully in person again, and these bottled shakes have been such a life saver in terms of time efficiency in mornings. I am a registered dietitian who is vegan, so finding a dairy free protein shake that is also nutritious is one of the biggest challenges I have encountered in the past. Soylent checks all of my boxes, and everything I have tried here has exceeded my expectations! For starters I love the nutritional profile of each drink! I love the macronutrient profile, loaded with protein, no added sugars(it does have maltodextrin however). To outset that it has a very diverse micronutrient profile with tons of needed trace minerals, choline for the brain. Potassium to offset high salt intact!
Ive tried the chocolate and vanilla. I prefer the vanilla because it has a thicker consistency(also a vanilla taste)
Highly recommend this product, I even got their shirt🤣
