Soylent is engineered nutrition. We carefully and purposefully choose each ingredient to offer a complete meal in every bottle of Ready-to-Drink Soylent and each scoop of Soylent Powder. So what do you get?

You may have guessed, but the plant-based protein in Soylent is from soy. After extensive research, we chose soy because of its bioavailability (i.e. it’s easily absorbed by the digestive system) and because soy takes fewer resources to produce than other proteins. Additionally, soy protein isolate’s smooth texture creates an optimal flavor profile.

Isomaltulose is one of our main carbohydrate sources because it offers sustained energy without the energy spikes associated with refined sugar.

The fats in Soylent help maintain a low glycemic index, create a more satisfying mouthfeel in our drinks, and keep you feeling full until your next mealtime — plus, they provide 500mg of omega-3s.

Our Cafe line has caffeine, as well as a boost of L-theanine — two ingredients shown to keep you feeling more energized and focused.
