Soylent products can be classified as a “complete meal” or "complete nutrition" because they contain all 39 essential nutrients.
each serving of complete energy contains 100 mg of caffeine, equal to a small (8 oz) cup of drip coffee. complete energy also contains 200 mg of l-theanine, which helps to balance some negative effects of caffeine (like jitters). many coffee drinkers are happy with a full serving of complete energy, while those who consume lower amounts of caffeine (like in tea) may benefit from less than a full serving. complete energy also has the added bonus of additional nootropics (l-tyrosine, and alpha-GPC) that can provide boosts to focus and cognition!
Soylent that is unopened can be stored at room temperature with a shelf-life of up to one year. while most users choose to refrigerate their Soylent before enjoying it, it isn’t required.

heat should not cause Soylent to spoil, however, if temperatures go above 110 degrees the vitamins & nutrients may begin to break down over time.

the "best by" date listed on your Soylent is not an expiration date but rather the date where we have data for best taste and texture quality. consuming our product after the “best by” date should not pose a food safety concern.

    Great product

    I have adhd and often forget to eat in the morning or choose not to due to executive dysfunction. This product is such a game changer, because i can just crack the bottle and drink it down
