The Consumer Experience Manager will serve as the voice of the Soylent consumer to our internal team and external partners. They are responsible for actively sharing consumer insights and recommendations to improve our consumer experience from discovery to fulfillment and beyond. This includes managing our customer support strategy and team, our online user experience, and a variety of consumer touchpoints, such as inbound messages, online forums and social media channels, reviews, survey results, and the like.
