the benefits of drinking Soylent
4 things to consider when choosing a meal replacement powder
your meal powder should have complete nutrition
anyone can call their powder a meal replacement, but this isn't always true. choose a meal replacement powder that has adequate vitamins, minerals, protein, healthy fats, and carbs so you get the nutrition you need.
good nutrition doesn't have to be expensive
science says good nutrition is key, but at under $2 a meal? that's music to your wallet (and your body)! healthy eating doesn't have to break the bank.
getting enough calories for a full meal
our standard serving size for powder is 400-calories, which provides a convenient and accurate calorie intake for nutrition and weight management, simplifies calorie counting, and ensures adequate nutrient intake without exceeding or missing daily caloric needs.
protein source matters
our products all contain soy as its main protein source. soy protein's complete amino acid profile, cardiovascular benefits, and smooth taste make it an effective choice for supporting workout performance, muscle recovery, and overall health goals.

* The % Daily Value tells you how much a nutrient in a serving good contributes to a daily diet. 2,000 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice.
1. mix. for an 8oz serving, mix ½ cup (60g) of Soylent with 1 cup of water. for a 12oz serving, mix ⅔ cup (90g) of Soylent with 1½ cup of water. each scoop of powder is approximately ⅓ cup, if you’re using a Soylent scoop. for exact measurements, use a scale and measure by weight.
2. shake. use a shaker bottle or blender. prepare with ice or chill before serving.
3. drink and enjoy! store any unfinished, mixed Soylent in the fridge. consume within two days.
heat should not cause Soylent to spoil, however, if temperatures go above 110 degrees the vitamins & nutrients may begin to break down over time.
the "best by" date listed on your Soylent is not an expiration date but rather the date where we have data for best taste and texture quality. consuming our product after the “best by” date should not pose a food safety concern.
every person’s nutritional requirements are different, and Soylent has been designed to represent roughly 20% of a 2000 calorie diet as laid out for the average person by the FDA. for more information on a healthy diet, please consult a professional such as a registered dietician or your doctor.
