Whether it’s hiking, surfing, or even taking a walk to your favorite park or beach, find people who have common interests and then make plans to get out and get active. Just make sure you always bring nutritious food and beverages to keep the heat from dehydrating you and draining your energy.
There’s a lot of reasons to get outside this summer and get healthy. Replacing junk food and sugary beverages with protein smoothies in the summer will make you feel better.
