- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of salt and cinnamon to taste
- 1 tbsp peanut butter

- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup berries of choice
- Mix all ingredients together in a jar or container of choice.
- Shake until mixed and refrigerate overnight.
