Soylent Protein Nachos

Everything you love about nachos, with a bonus serving of protein and vitamins & minerals.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soylent Drink Original
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (or sub Vegan cheese)
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tap Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Corn starch
  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 tsp Chipotle peppers in adobo

Optional Toppings:

  • Black beans
  • Chorizo
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Pickled jalapeños
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Add your Soylent into a sauce pan and gently heat until warm.
  2. Once warm, stir in all of your ingredients.
  3. Cook while stirring until you reach your desired thickness.
  4. Pour over your chips and add your toppings.
